When you first start taking them, amphetamines can increase sex drive, but over the long term, the tendency is towards a decrease in sex drive. That's not to say that this happens to everybody. Some people may experience little to no effect in libido, or even an increase. For the most part though, I think that an increase in sex drive caused by amphetamines like Vyvanse is something that would most likely level off after a while.
Interesting about the oil...Amphetamines/ Vyvanse can have the effect of drying out your skin. For example, I've noticed my hands and face getting drier if I take Adderall for many days in a row. My forehead still gets a little oily though, but I don't know if it's any different from when I don't take Adderall.
Lesions in your mouth could be associated with dry mouth. Amphetamines tend to decrease saliva production. That can be bad for your teeth because low saliva content means that bacteria are more free to grow in your mouth/ on your teeth. In my opinion, lesions in your mouth are probably more related to this aspect than to how much sleep you get.
