yea lithium does nothing at all. it almost just creates more hypomania. I was very suprised about that. I took 900 mg and it still was a joke. it made my anxiety much worse.
seroquel doesnt work for me either.
I think im alot better today. we will see. I took only 2000 mg of depakote and thats really helping. Also, i took 5mg of abilify and thats taking the edge of a bit. but im getting pretty HUNGRY lol.
