Wellbutrin + Selegiline

I am currently on Wellbutrin XL300mg.I was prescribed a low dose of Selegiline 5mg. months ago. I have heard it is neuroprotective and their wouldn't be any dietary restrictions,right? Does it have any other benefits at that does? Is it safe to use with Wellbutrin? Other meds. include Lyrica 200mg,Lamictal 200mg, and Provigil 200-400mgs. as needed.
