that's been an issue with pretty much every stimulating antidepressant every made. You could try a benzo--my vote would be for a high-potency one, like ativan or klonopin, but valium could be good, too (xanax is an option, too). You can also use neuroleptics ("atypical" and "conventional" antipsychotics can both be used for this purpose) in low doses for a while to smooth things out. I'd personally go for the bezo--much more pleasant and cheaper and easier to take--but both methods can kill off anxiety. The neuroleptic, though, might lead to akathisia...which might then require a benzo.
