They aren't at all clear on this. However, I would try to remain on 60mg for 6 weeks if you can tolerate it. If I hadn't developed painful side effects, I would have done this.

Actually, this is a strategy that has been employed by a few doctors. Discontinuing Nardil for three months can sometimes restore its usefulness. One of my doctors cycled a patient of his between Parnate and Nardil whenever each would lose effect.
