Are you referring to clinical "positive/negative" behaviors, as frequently described in schizophrenia? Or a "positive" mood state as a reactive response to something positive happening? I think the latter.

I'm suffering from "brain fog" so I'm sorry I have nothing to offer, but I'm glad you revived the thread. These depressive disorders are so hard to tease apart. I look forward to reading others' responses.
