I tried 4 ssri and snri + the other meds and all were ineffective.
In opposite of your reaction, bupropion is the only one gives me interest in things, a little motivation and i must order on internet because is not available in my country.
Not much alternatives...
I will try maybe a dopamine agonist like mirapex.PS : sorry for bad english
