Cetirizine is an anti-anxiety/anti-depressant?

When i take cetirizine for my hayfever i have noticed that it makes me feel good - stimulating but good if i take it in the morning, i also feel worse when i come off it.

So has anyone heard of this before, have any proposed mechanisms...as id like to carry on taking it!
