I got mild rashes after brief periods in the sun on lamictal. It was while I was increasing the dose so we were worried it might be "the rash" and dropped the dose again. It happened several times and I began to suspect it was sun exposure. At least once it was after only a few minutes in the sun. I dealt with it by wearing long sleeve, sun proof shirts and avoiding the sun for the rest of my time on lamictal. I don't remember any special heat intolerance but then I have always had problems with the heat.I've shifted my answer to the main board where I think this might get more response.
