Are you or have you tried anything for sleep? Some things that come to mind are:
Melatonin-6 to 8 hour time release version
Magnesium-glycinate or taurinate
Glycine
Lemon Balm
GABA
Taurine-small dose between 100 and 500 mgA combination of all of these at the right doses would surely at least have some impact on falling asleep and sleep quality. It's worth a shot.
Vitamin Shoppe online or locally is a good place to get all of these at an affordable price.
