I think you may need to explore non-medical AND medical options. Nardil is an effective anti-anxiety drug, but you might be better served (at least in the short-term) by using something else, maybe a benzo (?) .
Whatever you do, don't give up; there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. I've gone through psychosis, mania, severe depression, anxiety much like yours...and I've come out of it kinda-sorta OK (I know, its not like I'm on top of the world or anything, but I am doing a lot better). I want you to know that I care, God cares, and other people care what happens to you. Please consult with a doctor about your meds, see about some sort of psychotherapy, try alternative therapies....you're really not out of options just yet.
