Ramp up your Nardil to 75 mg/day or 90 mg/day i'm sure it'll take care of your crying spells. Stay on it for a few months deal with the side effects. For sleep, take 20mg of Ambien, 2 10 mg pills, This is what I take, and I sleep for 5 hours and wake up with energy to do homework.
