Even infrequently prescribed products sell well enough to make it worthwhile for the manufacturer. If they tried to sell generic nefazodone elsewhere, it probably wouldn't be prescribed enough to make it financially viable for the manufacturers and suppliers. We don't have it here either, it simply wouldn't be prescribed... or very rarely.
