All I can tell you is that I had 100% remission on parnate. Drug and food interactions are barely worth thinking about, since it's easy to give up cheese and aged meats (how often do you eat salami anyway?)

The fainting and low blood pressure just happens if you get up too quickly from a lying position, so sit on the bed for 30 seconds before you get up. I found that this went away after a while anyway.

As far as fatigue goes, I know people on this site talk about being tired on parnate, but generally parnate is somewhat stimulating and imo the worst side effect is insomnia, which can be managed with benzos at night.
