Nick,
1) I haven't been on Parnate and don't know as much about it, but unless your doctor has clinical experience to show otherwise, I would imagine they have the same risk. However, know that the diet is not as extreme as the "standard pharmacy/FDA contraindications" state. You CAN eat things like yogurt, wine. Everyone is different. For me monterey jack cheese causes me a reaction.
2) Low dose might = low response. 45-60mg is the standard dose. Anyhow, on 30mg you will feel various side effects. However, they DO go away with time, for the most part. For some they all go away.3) I don't think you can really compare Nardil with that combo. Nardil operates in its own unique way. For me it was the only thing that really worked. Bupropion may increase anxiety and agitation, so no use in taking that.
