I don't really know the answer to your question. In my opinion, it should be first line. There are risks with all meds. With zyprexa, it requires a change of diet that sees sugar as an enemy. Which it already was anyway without zyprexa. So that's actually a good thing.

Second in line would probably be abilify. After that it is a toss up with the rest.

The above opinions are from simply following pbabble post by post for a number of years. Just going on real world results in this particular population.
