aclhemy,
I have the same problem.
Have been trying to figure out what is causing it.
From when I wake up until about 12 oclock I feel good. From there it is down hill, I feel the worst at about 3:00 and then it slowly gets better.
Its not just a mood change either, its my entire perception and I look physically different, red 'stoned looking eyes' etc...
I am on Pristiq, Lactimal and Zyprexa.
Still trying to find the culperate.
