If only it lasted...In my humble opinion sleep deprivation is extremly bad.What i think happens is we get a form of mild mania from it,for some of us this is better then the horrid depression we normaly feel.
However sleep docs exsist cause sleep is crucial,many reapair processes happen whhile u sleep,ask a body builder why he sleeps,its crucual to muscle growth,as much as we hate it,we all need a good ight sleep to let our body to its repair work.
