i'm glad you are feel much better. i myself am looking to try a more healthy approach assuming it's not too expensive since i can't afford much.

which of these would you recommend for someone with strong depression (caused by accutane which is vitamin A overdose) and to a much lesser degree social anxiety.

my strongest symptoms usually are poor drive, poor motivation, lack of enjoyment, very poor concentration, very poor memory (ECT made it worse), low sense of reward, on and off low energy, on and off heavy insomnia (depending on my med).

if you or anyone has any input i would very much appreciate any suggestions.
