Differant doses for a year is to me long enough for a trial and you say you have been on different doses. If you and your doc discuss this why hasn't he/she tried a differant med. What meds have you been on. Are you high functioning? Do you need an ad? Are there other problems more psychological that could be causing you to feel depressed? Phillipa
