Zoloft and other SSRIs can certainly help anxiety in the long term, but they do have to be taken regularly. The sexual side effects tend to persist. You may see some return of orgasms but reduced libido over time.

It may be a price that you have to pay if you want to use SSRIs for anxiety. Ultimately, it's about balancing the adverse effects against the benefits.
