I am hoping that the Abilify I am taking, with its D2 partial agonism, buffers the D2 antagonism of lurasidone so as to prevent an excess in prolactin secretion.

I didn't know that. From what I read, the magnitude of 5-HT7 antagonism by lurasidone is very high.

Yup. I forgot about that.

We may find out very soon.
I am frustrated and angry that I am so cognitively impaired. It took me forever to put together a microwave oven stand. It was very easy, but I found it overwhelming to even think about having to read the assembly directions. I had to take a break every few minutes because I would run out of mental energy. I literally would spend these breaks staring into space waiting to recover enough mental energy to continue. I know that my manner of speech in writing is competent. I simply cannot process the written word by attempting to read. For every paragraph that I am able to read, I can write ten. I cling to my memories of brief remissions tightly. They serve to remind me of what consciousness can be without my illness.

I dream of things that never were and ask why not.
