I don't know, but provigil would make my mind think and think intense weird thoughts even though I was exhausted. Very unpleasant. Somehow, I can imagine it intensifying OCD. It's not at all like dex for me. --2¢.
If you haven't cycled on adderall, and it helps.... There is at least one BPll sufferer that uses a little adderall because s/he's usually one the depressed end.... I hear you that it's a risk. Possible to do a small amount under doc's supervision?
