Some people have found magnesium and fish oil to be helpful. I can't honestly say it helped my withdrawal symptoms but of course, you never know until you try.
Unfortunately, during WD, the body is so sensitive that supplements, rather than helping, end up making things worse. Some things may work temporarily.
The symptoms could be almost anything such as depersonalization, impaired memory, brain fog, etc.
Regarding your updosing, I would stay there for about 4 to 8 weeks. I wouldn't go up more unless you simply feel horrible and see no signs of improving.
Then make about a 10% cut of current dose.
I am so sorry you're having problems. One reason I declined to switch to Cymbalta when I was on Wellbutrin was due to WD concerns.
Hope this helps.
