what are you current problems? I think you can go up to 400 on the lamictal, if you can tolerate it. Trileptal is usually weight neutral and I don't think you have to do labs (although I've heard that some people's docs have their sodium levels tested to make sure they're not too low).

Geodon and Abilify don't cause the massive weight gain associated with other atypicals, but your mileage may vary, and if you can avoid an antipsychotic your probably should.

Have you tried or considered Welbutrin?
