Try a cross taper to prozac. I would forget the other ones. Keep some nortriptyline in there if it is doing no harm and at least some good.

I hate to say it, and not many authorities will face it, but I think longterm SSRI usage does indeed cause permanent brain alteration that will not reverse. And for some strange reason when the drug is removed and then reintroduced, the changes that occured during the removal are only partially reversible. I tell people all the time that if they are on a med that is working fine, don't rock the boat.

Though it probably doesn't help much, at least you should know you aren't alone. This phenomenon has happened more times than I can count.
