I have not heard of naltrexone being euphoric, but it's conceivable that it is not truly a pure opiate antagonist, but a very weak partial agonist. You would expect there to be a very low ceiling on the intoxicating effects, meaning that taking more won't increase it past a certain point.

You also have other drugs in your system which may be interacting. It could be some weak and idiosyncratic interaction between the mix of drugs in your system at that moment.
