>Smoking does the exact opposite of inhibiting 1A2: it induces 1A2. That's why smokers drink excessive amounts of coffee. Their caffeine is broken down much quicker. Smoking will lower Luvox blood levels considerably, and blood levels of most TCA's moderately. Needless to say perhaps, it will also lower melatonin levels.
Current meds: clomipramine 225mg, fluvoxamine (Luvox) 50mg, dexamphetamine 5-10mg, bethanechol 20-60mg. As needed/wanted: oxazepam 5-20mg.
