Wellbutrin dosage

Hi all,

I'm on a Wellbutrin/Remeron combo, but things are not so great.
I take 150 mg of Wellbutrin and 45 mg of Remeron.

Could it be advantageous to increase the Wellbutrin dosage to 300 mg?

Or should I up the dosage of Remeron?

What do you guys think?
