Which psychostimulants has she tried in the past?

Do you think Dexedrine or Adderall would help? What about Methylphenidate?

I'm sure you know that FM is often treated with Cymbalta or Savella. I had thought that Parnate might be worth looking into - so I did. I cannot find anything that would support such a notion. I did find a couple of references to Emsam, though. If the depression is severe enough and inconsistent with FM, perhaps an MAOI plus Dexedrine will be worthy of consideration for a comorbid condition. In the case of Parnate, you will want to monitor your blood pressure closely once Dexedrine is added to it.
