the general level is 75-90%. l-citalopram is pretty similar to other ssris. to be fair to your doctor, the level really isn't useful for practical prescribing.

5ht is used to form melatonin, but i don't think that is a sifnificant pathway. the catecholamines are metabolized via COMT too, but i think serotonin is mostly MAO.
