ha no changes yet FB. i was actually getting on here to check on how the emsam is working for you. i saw that your doctor told you to remove 1/3 of the patch at night. has that changed the effect any? if i understood it right, wearing only a small portiion of the patch makes the emsam more likely to raise dopamine levels more. its got something to do with balancing out the effects of the emsam. it sounds little weird, i know. but the the 6mg patch is like taking a high dose of selegiline, around 30mgs i believe. the emsam is selegiline it patch form and its absorbed better in patch form. but at higher doses like with emsam patch it raises dopamine as well as serotonin levels, at low doses it just works on raising dopamine. and dopamine is supposed to be the "feel good" chemical for most. but anyways amitryptiline is an interesting med, and if you decide to take that i hope it works well.
havent felt much from the risperdal yet tho, i am expecting it to take about a month though if
im going to get the results im hoping for.
im about to start propranolol for blood pressure and am hoping it helps with my anxiety. but im not so sure it can help with anxiety thats caused by feeling numb. i guess i'll find out. am hoping it helps with sleep too.
