I believe the risk of TD is very low at that low dosage. What you have to watch out for are the possible adverse effects on your body. Weight gain seems inevitable. Your risk of developing diabetes is also significantly increased at that does. I'm not certain but it seems like my blood glucose was raised by quite a few points when I was on it. Postural hypotension is normal but can catch you by surprise if you don't look out for it. But Risperdal is a very good drug IMO - a great adjunct to ADs. It can help with anxiety and obsessive-type thoughts and sleep problems.
C-PTSD: social phobia, major depression, dissociation
Currently on 150mg amitriptyline single dose at night.
