Both dopamine and norepinephrine are involved in ADHD. They have somewhat different effects, and it is further complicated by the fact that they interact with each other's receptors, and in the cerebrum dopamine is reuptaken by noradrenergic reuptake pumps (DA reuptake pumps being rare, or non existant there.)
