When I get back to the mainland, I'll see if I can dig up some good links. I'd like to find that link to blue light. It was fascinating. It remained undetected it in our eyes until about 2000, this third light sensor besides rods and cones. 'They' say it be a remnant from more 'primative' eye forms, like basic skin patches to detect night and day.

Also, applying the emsam at night might seem counter intuitive to some, but since it accumulates (for me), I wake up much better and ready to go. Rather than wait until mid-afternoon to kick in.
* and whoever gazes at the stars will never again be quite alone...
