Hey Tep. I just wanted to make myself a little more clear.
Young people who suffer social anxiety must often feel as if they are watching life pass by as if they look in through a window to people who know how to have fun in a wonderful world from which they are excluded.
It is a cruel feeling of alienation and exclusion.
If you can find someone who feels this as you do, you will be in a position to help.
I am not suggesting that you need to do this because you are uncaring. If you can help such a person, you will have made a connection. Not the kind of connection you might prefer. But (if you are like me) the ones you prefer are the ones you can't have and which are surrounded by envy.
I don't know....it's all our relative perspective. It's confusing. I simplify it for myself by saying life sucks.
