The atypical antipsychotics are potent 5-HT2a antagonists and are generally capable of treating the negative symptoms (deficit syndrome) of schizophrenia. Several antidepressants also antagonize the 5-HT2a receptor. Nortriptyline is one that comes to mind.
Prozac antagonizes 5-HT2c receptors. Interestingly, Prozac is the only AD that I am aware of that increases the release of DA and NE acutely in the PFC.
