Glad you are feeling a little better floating.

If I might offer some objective advice. (you can take it or leave it) I think it might be good for you to work with the new cocktail they give you at the clinic and try and be really regimented about timing your meds and try not to change anything for a good period. I try not to make changes anymore than every 90 days. And even then I only change one med at a time.

It seems like you have chronic pain, anxiety and sleep issues all working against you and all of your med trials have failed. The most important thing is finding what works. It took five years for my doc and I to realize that antipsychotics get me to remit from my episodes. Risperdione in particular is my wonder drug as far as reeling me back into sanity. Sometimes it just takes a week or so at an elevated dose. All my other meds stay the same. If you can find what will stabilize a crisis and get you to say 75% you can get that other 25% with other outlets.

I think if you can get some decent sleep the anxiety can be kept in check. I finally got sick of being sick last year and said to hell with AD's. I'm only doing stabilizers and AP's now. I've lost 75 pound since stopping Celexa. My doc is just as baffled as me! I jog four times a week and I'm functioning pretty well.

I think if you can get to a smaller more manageable cocktail with fewer sides and start with some yoga, massage, walking, etc you can make up for whatever the meds can't give you. All that being said I think the anxiety clinic will be a good place to start from scratch and lift you out of your funk.

I know I don't post much, but people always complain that we stop posting when we feel better. There is an acceptable level of recovery out there for all of us. One of my best friends went from an 8 drug cocktail and ECT back to working and she is med free today. Miracles can happen. Yours is around the corner. Don't give up.
