It's hard to get pleasure from activities when you have an extremely low threshold for boredom and you have to exert a lot of effort to maintain focus. So some "dysthymia" may be associated with an undiagnosed sluggish cognitive tempo.

No, virtually none. Adderall, however, was horrible. I've read research that d-amphetamine is less crashy than l-amphetamine.

I have a complex inferiority.
Rx: 40mg citalopram, 30mg d-amphetamine, 15mg mirtazapine, 300mg bupropion
Dx: ADHD (inattentive subtype), depression
