Yes, I used Sertraline and nortyriptyline in conjunction for depression for quite a while, to good efect (one works on seretonin, the other no noradeenalin)

I eventualy changed to sertraline + reboxxetine, because while nortriptyleine and reboxetine are both NA reuptake inhibitors, reboxetine doesnt encourage weight gain.

I also read a study that shower an SSRI plus nortriptylein gave better releif in OCD than an SSRI alone.

Note that for ocd, you often need two to four times the usual antidepressant dose (40-80mg of citralopram, 100-200mg of sertraline)
