Eating grains isn't healthy, especially wheat. Most do not exercise properly. And many are not aware of supplements that may be helpful in supporting brain function and mood. Lastly, the majority of people are not working hard in therapy, making positive social connections, and getting the right amount of support.
I do not think it is realistic to look for the solution to all our problems in medication. It's definitely not realistic to believe medication alone will help us get anywhere close to full remission.
We just keep piling up the medication looking for the cure to all our ills.
