Have you been on several medications at a time for a while now? Did you ever get a chance to try an SSRI for a few months with just one or 2 other medications?
IMHO, it does not appear you have tried the 2 best mood stabilizers, lithium and depakote. It may be worth mentioning these to your pdoc at some point.
