If anything, adding an antidepressant to a neuroleptic increases the odds of TD. I would think a lower dose of the zoloft would=a lower TD risk, but I'm not certain.
I imagine such a low-dose of flunpentixol carries a minimal TD risk. Do you have any EPS?
