I can so relate to this. I sleep more than I should, or stay in bed even though I'm not sleeping. It's partly due to boredom and partly to escape the way that I'm feeling. I sometimes wish that I could make myself sleep all the time. I guess it is the depression that does it. If I was feeling myself, I'd want to do things like exercise, go shopping, etc. But I have to force myself to exercise and have no interest in doing things that used to be fun for me. To have one's health, either physical or mental, is such a gift. When and if I get past this depression, I'm going to be so appreciative and thankful.
