Interdose issues on risperidone?

I take a small dose (.125mg) at night. By the next afternoon I am feeling awful.
My other idea is that there is an interdose rebound effect, the way someone would experience interdose anxiety on Xanax, say.

Can/does this happen? It does have a short half life, yes?
Still to figure this out....
