I'd ask about lamictal or intuniv.
My daughter takes Intuniv and Adderall with her Geodon. Geodon seems to really address the hypomania. If she misses her Adderall or Intuniv, her irritability escalates dramatically. So if you have ADHD, may check on stimulants.
