SSRIs and ear problems

Hi, I searched this forum and I read previous posts about Prozac and tinnitus.
Here is my experience:
Escitalopram cause me a mild ear pain.
Fluoxetine seems to make worse tinnitus. In silence I used to always hear a high pitch sound, baut now on Prozac it is worse and I can hear it more often, not just in silence.
I am worried. I do not want to have hearing loss or a permanent sound.
What do you recommend? I will comment with the psychiatrist but I am sure he would not know about this side effect.
