I've had very good results with NRT, cherry lozenges. Only problem is you have to keep taking them to continue not smoking. I've been doing this now for about 4 years, and starting to like the lozenges better than cigarettes. I do very occasionaly smoke a cig.
How long does your insurance pay for patches? Do you have to pay any of the cost?
