Depending on your dose of emsam you could probably take the TCA as well.
HAve you tried seroquel or short-acting antihistamines like hydroxyzine? Or (not sure if this is wise with an MAOI, never seen it covered in a psychopharm textbook but it sounds scary) alpha / beta blockers?
