The SSRIs are known for delayed orgasm. Some more than others. I know that Nardil, in doses 60mg and up, causes delay in orgasm and ejaculation for me. I've only taken Parnate for short trials and can't remember the sexual side effects.
How long have you been on Parnate? Sometimes it takes the system some time to adjust. Especially when going from a medication that inhibits ejaculation to one that doesn't.
